June 6th

Megan, its only April 24th you are saying right???? Of course you are, but do you know what comes out on June 6th? Kung Fu Panda.......and Braden and even Finley is obsessed with the previews. It does look rather cute, complete with a panda (Jack Black) who is trying to become a kung fu master. Here are the kids watching the preview on the official website for the 50th time....
"everybody was kung fu fighting.....ha"

a trip to the zoo

A few weeks back we told Braden that we would go to the zoo on a certain day......well he held us to it. It was a cold, overcast Thursday and we headed off to the Niabi Zoo. My mom, nana, came with us for the adventure. I think we were 4 of about 20 people at the zoo, including staff. We were there at the right time....feeding time. All the animals were out, even the new red wolves and bobcats. We were also excited because we hadn't seen the giraffe exhibit yet and they were out lollygagging around as well.

Here is Finley with her map. Both our kids are obsessed with maps when we are at the zoo...??...
At the fish/duck pond some of the ducks are agressive and hang out on the observation deck just waiting for you to feed one.....one tried to take a chunk out of Braden's foot.....
