JACK

We have been on the hunt for a puppy since July. We put our name in at a breeder in Oneida and our Puppy was ready to come home this weekend. We tried to keep it a secret from the kids as best we could....Braden knew it was coming, just thought it was Sunday...Fin just knew it was coming at some point. We scooted over to Oneida on Saturday to pick him up. He will be 8 weeks on Wednesday. He is a Blue Merle Australian Shepherd....his name is "Jack" (for Jack Reacher -- Sean's favorite Literary character and Jack Sparrow -- Braden's choice for a name....so we met in the middle on Jack).
So far, so good....I feel bad for the little guy...i think he misses his litter mates (we took him from 4 other buddies)

To Disney World that is!!!
We booked our flights last night (good deals on Air Tran for those interested till 9-16)
The kids have almost a MONTH off at Christmas so we are taking a getaway....
It will be January.....yay for much cooler weather....and it is low season.....yay for much better rates.
We are going with the Renfroe side of the family....who haven't been to disney since like 1985.....
Needless to say....we are EXCITED!!
